Stomach pain
Hi doctors, my girlfriend suddenly start to have stomach pain and it's very hurtful. she had loose motion 5 times. can you suggest me which medicine should i give her , will be thankful if you kindly help. Thanks

Hi there I understand your concern... Pain may be due to increased bowel movements due to loose stools....Drink plenty of fluids,coconut water,avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice her to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Hello there....., Avoid problem foods. If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them. These may include alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas,.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better...Consider oral rehydration salts....
