Hello doctor I am Nishka, today since morning my stomach is paining I took meftal spaz at 5pm still there was no relief. When I am sitting still then it's not paining and when I am walking or standing it pains badly, and yeah last month my mensuration cycle started on 15 April but till now it has not started.
