Stomach pain after missing periods
We are trying to conceive since months. This months my wife missed her periods but is complaining of stomach pain even when very little pressure is applied like sleeping on her stomach. Do I need to worry about this?

Check for pregnancy first. If she is not pregnant then reason for stomach pain can be searched for.
