Acute pain above the naval for the past few months. I delivered about 6 months ago and there was no pain until 1 month ago. It is like a knot in my upper abdomen and it comes and goes...for the past one week it has become severe. Also when the pain comes I feel like going to the washroom and then it stops..

Hello der epigastric hernia should be ruled out consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
