Stomach Pain
1 month ago i have been suffering from an extreme pain on my right side of my stomach. I have done diagonis of endoscopy and colonscopy just after the pain. Doctor told me that there is slight scour on my intestine. Therafter i take 2 month medication(medicine). I get some relief from it but there is also slight pain occurs on some day. I ask you that please diagonise the report and check whether the doctor give me right prescription or not. I also attach documents regarding this.

Grade 2 GERD. Tab Pan 40 twice daily before meals Tab Domstal 10 mg thrice daily before meals Syrup Digecaine 2 thf thrice daily before meals Avoid oily and fatty meals Have plenty of salad and fibre in your diet

Hello There. i can understand your concern. first of all, this is a report which is more than a year old so i cannot base my diagnosis on this report. also, you haven't attached the prescription o what you were taking. but still, if you ask me, this is a case of GERD. take a tablet pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination once or twice a day half an hour before food for 7 days. sleep with your head raised a little. avoid oily and spicy foods. and avoid over eating also. have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 heavy meals. do not sleep immediately after food. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
