Stomach is highly upset from last 2 days with gas bloating and pain, already used OTC medicine like Pantop DSR, Rabekind DSR, Digene,ENO, unienzyme etc only temporary relief. No any history of these kinds of symptoms Kindly suggest on immediate basis
