I have a big tummy whatever dress i wear it looks too ackward. I have a medium personality but very big tummy. I tried diet and green tea but nothing helped. Please suggest. I want to reduce my tummy in 2months

In addition to diet monitoring, you need to start exercise too. If your target is 2 months, start with a 30-45 mins walk. Need not be very brisk, but even medium paced. Eat a fruit before your walk and have buttermilk or 2 egg whites &2 dates post your walk. This will help start pushing the fat to burn. Make a lemonade if your green tea by adding cold water & lime and sip this during your walks. This accelerates fat burning in the body. Eat small frequent meals and do not STARVE or STRESS over your weight!
