In stomach cancer,  the outlet part will be obstructed.  So whatever patient eats will stay in stomach and comes as vomiting and produce pain . The best treatment for stomach cancer is surgery.  Chemotherapy will be given in advanced stage or patient is not fit for major surgery.  But still even if it is not curable,  we will do bypass so that patient can eat  .  Sometimes chemotherapy will cause vomiting but not stomach pain. In your case patient need personal examination.
