Stomach cancer deducted it's in 3rd stage what is the treatment and chances of survival is surgery possible or we should start chemotherapy please tell about the survival chances he is feeling well and better

In stage 3 stomach cancer patient need surgery plus chenotherapy. Some patients raiotherapy also required depending upon biopsy report. Upfront surgery is difficult. Preferrably chemotherapy to be given first to reduce the size of tumor followed by surgery. 5 yr survival is around 40-50% approximately. Patient to patient it will vary
