Preop chemo followed by surgery then chemo is best option..
Needs radiation based on hpe report...

In stage 3 stomach cancer patient need surgery plus chenotherapy. Some patients raiotherapy also required depending upon biopsy report. Upfront surgery is difficult. Preferrably chemotherapy to be given first to reduce the size of tumor followed by surgery. 5 yr survival is around 40-50% approximately. Patient to patient it will vary
