Stomach at the centre from 4 days
I am getting stomach pain from 4 days at the center above umbilical. The pain comes some times after eating and after 2 hours of eating, the pain sharp raises and reduces, along with that noticed that there is change in bowel moments as well. What might be reason?

Avoid oily fried and spicy food
• avoid lemon orange tamarind
• donot lie immediately after having food
• sit atleast 1 hour after food
• have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion
•have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals
• lie on left side while sleeping
• keep your head end elevated while sleeping
