Stomach ache
Intense pain in stomach from last 30 days. It pains whenever i feel hungry. It also pains intensely when i have to for loo. My stomach feels full even if i have vert little food.

Most likely you are suffering from amoebiasis. This is a water borne worm infestation. You must be eating a lot by feel hungry all the time. My advice is to do deworming. Take the following medicines..........
1. Tab. Albendazole 400mg 1 tab stat (single dose)
2. Tab. Flagyl (metronodazole) 1 tab 3 times a day for 3 days
3. Tab. Pantop-D 1 tab ince a day
4. Tab. Colimex 1 tab 2 times a day
5. Cap. Vizilac (lactobacillus) 1 cap once a day
