Hi doctor, my son is 2.5 year he was stomach ache and fever from today evening, I gave him clocone syrup around 8 PM, as of now he suffering from fever and stomach ache. Kindly suggest.

Syrup Meftal spas 5 ml thrice daily Syrup crocin 5 ml as needed for fever. Cold sponging and rest. Any other issue please consult with full details
