Sticky eye of baby
My 9 days old baby shows sticky eye. Only one eye is sticky and shows mucus type discharge. What could be the reason for it?

It is common for babies to have discharge from eyes. Kindly wipe it with a clean cotton swab dipped in sterile water.
Also continue to perform nasolacrimal duct massage to help relieve any blockage if present
