Hi, I am a male . I have used a sextoy and without washing the vagina hole on the toy because sometimes after using it I fall asleep. used every day. never used a condom. Sextoy has never been shared. I'm the only one using . Can I get an STD from this because of my own sperm that is in the toy that is not cleaned ? or may get other problems ?

That is not called STD, but yes you can get normal infection either UTI or urethral infection/prostate infection due to growth of bacteria over toy and retransmission to you…please maintain local hygiene at least , can clean in morning while taking shower both, your private part and your Toy’s private part.
