Male 30 108kg 180cm BP 150/80 Total Cholesterol 239mg/dL HDL 37 mg/dL Triglyceride 141 mg/dL LDL 164 mg/dL Currently on a KETO diet and have lost 6.5 kg in the last month I have been prescribed lovastatin 10mg once a day. Should I be taking statins considering that stats above?

Hi, I can see that you have consulted a cardiologist. You have also decided to lose weight. At your age you will be able to get fit within a few months. Your BP will also come under control when you get to the ideal body weight. The statins will help you control your cholesterol levels also. Wish you all the best.
Next Steps
Get a similar check every month until you reach 80 kg. Don't overly exercise now, gradually build up your stamina. A personal trainer will be able to motivate you.
