Stage 4 esophagus ca
My family member ( female ,56 years , otherwise healthy ) have been diagnosed with stage 4 esophagus carcinoma , with metasis in liver. first chemotherapy had already been done . can she enjoy a normal life in between chemotherapies eg a small outing , a movie , a dinner outside , get together with family members , a walk or she had to get restricted and isolated . we want her to fulfil what ever life she has now .pls suggest do and dont in details .

The aim of treatment in stage 4 disease is to improve the quality of life and palliation. Social life should be promoted if she is otherwise fit. She should do light exercise like walking. As she is on chemo, you should avoid infections.
