How to manage pain in stage 4 cancer patient? My grandpa is suffering, but he refuses treatment and surgery. How can we make him more comfortable?

The pain post chemotherapy would commonly at his finger tips and toes. They are classified and peripheral neuropathy. They have well defined medical management for the same. If this would not be his symptom then after a detailed assessment we would be able to manage the pain after a chemotherapy
