Im pregnant with twins and have had a stabbing pain in my kidney area all day and its getting worse?

In pregnancy mild hydronephrosis and urinary tract infection is not uncommon. Get a urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the KUB region. Treatment as per your clinical findings
