SSRI SIDE EFFECT ???
I am facing depression and insomnia past 2to 3 year currently I m on ecitlopram 30 mg (20+10)
And half tablet of olanzapine 2.5
I feel better now but facing two problems
1) sexual desire decrease and erection pb
2) weight gain
How can i get rid kya mujhe medicine switch krna chahiye ya dose km krna chahiye ???
Plzz guide

If the side effects are not manageable then change of medicine is required but please don't stop the medicine suddenly . Tapering off the current medicine and starting new is the right way.

Both drugs causes Dec sexual desire, but wt gain more with olanzapine..
If u r in remission but having such side effect it's better to switch to another class having least such side effect. Consult me on practo for further advice..
