SSRI and sleepyhead. I continue ssri?

Hello sir/ mam i I have anxiety n mood issues so my psychiatrist prescribed me  FLUOXETINE last year.it didn't suit so doc had tried following meds ( these also didn't suit) FLUOXETINE (dizziness,sleep issues) ESCITALOPRAM(brain fog and soft orgasm kind of feeling while yawning n weight lifting) SERTRALINE(brain fog,laziness) VENELAFAXINE(tingling feeling, brain fog, emotional bluntness) BETA BLOCKERS(vertigo kind of) (adverse effects are mentioned un brackets) now for last 8 month doc started bupropion,its working recently doc has prescribed PAROXETINE it's week four and i am having brain fog, sleepy 24*7(I literally can sleep anytime) should i continue SSRI?(taking into consideration earlier effects) unable to contact my psychiatrist so asking here.
