Squint issue to my little cousin
She is not able to see correctly and always see in a tilted manner. Her eyes are not in stable position and she is suffering from esotropia.

Tilting of head is sign of muscle imbalance ,you should consult Squint section of Rajendra ophthalmic center AIIMS New Delhi because you are living in Delhi ,you will get best possible advice  after examination.

Hello In case of esotropia A. First step is Cycloplegic refraction...Try to give Glasses if required B. Vision assessment and if lazy eye is there then start patching therapy C. If esotropia is still present even with glasses,surgery would be required I hope this will help you Regards

If its long standing and not getting corrected with glasses.--- surgery would be only option. Also any squint correction is not for visual gain. She needs a detailed workup by specialist
