Isotretinoin should be taken only after doctor's prescription. It has a tendency to cause extreme dryness. Tretinoin may not help in redness and pigmentation. You will require in clinic treatment like peels and IPL laser for clearing pigmentation and redness. You can visit our clinic for consultation and treatment.
