Hello,
it will take around 3 months to close this space if you go for traditional braces. while the time can also range upto 6 months if you opt for aligners
It depends on the position of your teeth. A facial analysis would be most prudent here. Usually with the right treatment one of which would be braces, the gap can be closed as early as 5-6 months, or even earlier with ceramic crowns and/or veneers. it depends on your case which treatment may be best for you.

Health Tips
do not get time bound with your treatment. even if it takes time always opt for the right treatment which will give you long lasting results than a "quick fix"
hello , Gap between your teeth can be filled by : 1. orthodontic (Braces ) treatment which is the most safest and conservative treatment. You need to consult an orthodontist and get it checked. the time duration varies from case to case. it can take 1 1/2-2 years.
2. ceramic or composite veneer
3.crowns
Ma'am closure of gap wont take much time only a couple of months (but you will think that is also too much for you at this age . If you are conscious about the metallic look then you can also choose ceramic braces). But the retention period is very important.
Hello mam..closure of gap occur within 2-3 months. But to retain the closure have to put braces for more months.plz send pic so that cosmetic aspects also can be considered. Visit my clinic for more details.
Hi, the gap closure can be sorted with composite bonding technique. Or if you have time then please go for orthodontics. The third option is veneers. I would go again a crowns as they are extremely damaging to healthy teeth.

You can visit a cosmetic dentist to give you your dream smile.
Its called ad diastema. Some people get braces, which move the teeth together. If your lateral incisors are too small, your dentist may suggest widening them using crowns, veneers or bonding. If a large labial frenum is causing the gap, the frenum can be reduced through surgery called a frenectomy. If a frenectomy is done in a younger child, the space may close on its own. If it is done in an older child or an adult, the space may need to be closed with braces. If the gap is caused by periodontal disease, then periodontal treatment by a dentist is necessary. When gum health is restored, in many cases braces can be used to move the teeth into place. A splint can be used to attach teeth to other teeth and prevent them from moving again. In some cases, a bridge will be required to close the spaces.
