Hello. Please visit an orthodontist, a specialist in putting braces. What is the cause of increase in the spaces will be determined and treated accordingly. If there is a tongue thrusting habit it will be corrected and spaces will be closed with braces. If there are any gum issues then these will be addressed first and then once the gums become healthy, the spaces will be closed. There are a number of different appliances available for closing spaces and whatever suits you will be selected.

Hi Ma'am it's better to consult with a PERIODONTIST and ORTHODONTIST, because they together can judge the condition of your bone and can guide you if ortho treatment is possible or not for closing the spaces in between the teeth, if spacing is generalised. But if spacing is only in your front teeth then you can also go for laminates or veneers that will cover your spaces n will improve esthetic.

Increasing space between the teeth is indicative of periodontal disease, that is, weakened gum support..... your first aim should be towards taking care of this problem..... after that the space that has been created can be closed by different techniques which can be discussed with the dentist..... Regards
