Sore throat ulcer fever
Have sore throat with mouth ulcer . Have light fever around 100. Have mouth ulcer since a week . Fever and sore throat since 3 days. Have taken becomplex and dolo650. Please suggest medication. Thanks

Hello there...I can understand your concern. It looks like you could be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. You will need detailed clinical examination. Might need to be started on oral antibiotics. So Kindly consult a Ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment. At home you can do saline gargles, three times a day. Continue dolo and b complex for fever.
