Dear Practo user. Getting a recurrent respiratory tract infections may be due to the low immunity or allergy to something. Patient should take care that he will not be expose to triggering factor causing respiratory infection. Other thing is that patient should get some Multi vitamins and multi mineral supplements to increase immunity. Should eat meals on time and take adequate rest.
