Sore throat
Here's a bump in the back side of my throat with white spots/slimyness. It gives moderate pain but is really annoying and feels tight to swallow

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then not much of treatment is required. You can use antiseptic mouth gargle
