  4. Sore throat. Pandemic. please suggest.

Sore throat
Having pain in throat and hoarse voice from last 4 months. Tried gargling, and other home remedies. It feels like extreme throat infection. But can't go to the Dr due to pandemic. Please suggest.

Tab Augmentin 625 mg 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Cap Rablet D 1 cap once daily empty stomach for 5 days,Tab Chymoral forte 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 5 days,Steam inhalation twice daily.
