Sore Throat and Dry Cough
I have sore throat , dry cough, frequent sneezing and body pain for past 3 days. Got blocked nose, but no cold.

Try simple measures like steam inhalation, salt water gargles. I would recommend histamine blockers and antibiotics but that would not be appropriate without physical exam. Sometimes this may be a mild viral illness sometimes it could be swine flu. If you do not respond in two days would suggest to come for a physical exam.
