Sore Legs - below the knee upto the feet
Hi, I seem to be having left sore knee and there is a kind of irritation or numbness feel to legs below the knee. I weight about 85 kg's and thought it could be because of my weight and I used to run on a treadmill. Now since the last 8 months I have stopped using the treadmill, occasionally do my brisk walk's, run for about 10 mins once a week, but this problem seems to be persist. Please suggest.

Plz request your physio to release your tibialis posterior, gastrosoleus, Peroneus Longus and brevis through manual therapy or with dry needling with kinesio taping application nd icing...ur soreness will disappear in 5 days max...
Next Steps
never do any strengthening exercises without enough stretching exercises. .it rupture many fibers which increases compartmental pressure...in lower leg ..which not only irritate your muscles action rather it can compromise arterial venous lymphatic and neural dysfunction nd it can mislead u nd your doctor in many ways. .

You should consult a physiotherapist for the proper assessment, diagnosis and treatment. As it can be due to any nerve compression at the back or due to any problem in the knee.
