Something like Warts(skinny color)@Neck

Hi, I am having some unwanted skin (skinny color, not sure but may be warts) growing around whole neck. In fact, one is on eyes (appears when close the eye) also. Is there any permanent remedy to get rid of them? Any cure for future also? Regards,
