  4. Something at the base. But what is this?

Something at the base
I hv a round like something which on whole one side of the base of penis shaft and skin there appears white and it also pains sometimes and also can't put much pressure on that side and I also hv redness on the head of penis ...although I am alright but what is this????? Please help
