Some red rashes in my son mouth

There are some red rashes in my son mouth. Its just above the tongue and side ways also. He is not agree to have food. No fever. Not under going any medicine. He is 3.5yr old. Pls suggest sir.

Apply Zytee lotion before food so that he can eat .
Send picture of rashes and other details like fever , rashes elsewhere , swollen lips red tounge, red hands etc

Seems like Aphthous ulcer
Give cold items like curd rice or ice cream or Cold milkshakes if not eating
