Some kind of allergies
I have got some kind of allergies on my skin, especially on my feet, legs and thighs. I have some sort of red spots or red colored skin and itches like anything sometimes. Skin also in these areas feel like stretched.

The rash that you are describing can be a part of a wide spectrum of skin conditons. A lot of skin conditions have red spots with itching. So for any dermatologist to diagnose what you have it is necessary that you be physically examined. A corelation needs to be done with the above symptoms and a physical check up.
