Outdoor activities make our skin tan. The only option is to wear protective full sleeves clothing and cover as much as possible. Usage of a cap or hat and umbrella is encouraged. Skin already tanned can be treated with de-pigmenting creams and other oral medications. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products. Any medical cause of pigmentation should be rule out.
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
Health Tips
Apply Sunscreens regularly.

Hi Greetings. Looks like you are having sun damaged skin over your sun-exposed areas like arms , face and neck region. Peels will definitely help you solve your problems. Make sure you get it done by a well qualified, trained and good dermatologist, that's very important. And you need to use a sunscreen having UV A & UV B protection both regularly, at least twice daily. You may consult me on follow up messeges .Regards, Dr Anshul Jain, Nagpur
