Can a person with dry eyes go out in solar eclipse without looking at sun? At the same time wearing Sunglasses.

You can go out. You wear goggles or not, but just don't look at the sky directly.

Going out is okay if you are taking the necessary precautions. Looking at the sun is not okay!

There is no harm in stepping outside in Solar Eclipse by anyone. Only those who try to see the eclipse with naked eyes without proper protective eyewear gets affected causing solar retinal burns ( Solar Retinopathy).
