Hello sir/mam my social anxiety started from childhood I love my mom and was always worried about is she okey so going to school is not what I used to like. Then from 6th standard because of wrong guardian influence I started talking in a way I was influence that got me into trouble, from then I doubted to speak confidently after 10th it even Got worse because of other person who's friend not friend now controlled me and removed my confidence in that friendship I lost most of comfort to communication them after that I struggled with insecurity I stayed at home without going out. Insecurity is gone but social anxiety got stronger, when I talk to new people I shiver shake I don't personally feel fear of people but my body automatically shiver shake jittery talking and heart with also beat fast. I told my story of anything wanna know please ask doctor and for treatment I'll pay like for prescription of meds I'll pay to take prescription.
