Hello Both pexidep and nexito are used for anxiety disorders. Since you are experiencing side effects with pexidep, next step will be either to continue pexidep and wait for the side effects to subside which usually occurs in 1-2 weeks time or to start another medication, in your case nexito Please consult a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation and do not stop or alter the medication without consulting your psychiatrist. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Both the medicines are the right medicines for your problem. Different patients have different side effects. The anxiety with pexep will subside in a few days, but if it bothers you then you can take escitalopram and etizolam. Medication dose will be increased after a few days and you should also be started on CBT and some form of exercise for a holistic management of your problem.
