So much wrinkles on hands

Hi My grandmothers hand are full of wrinkles I know that at a age of 63 it is common But wrinkle on hands is too much as compared to whole body Is it normal? Or it can be treated? Kindly suggest something helpful to me U can see the picture attached Thanks.
