My grandmothers hand are full of wrinkles
I know that at a age of 63 it is common
But wrinkle on hands is too much as compared to whole body
Is it normal?
Or it can be treated?

The picture you have provided shows sign of skin ageing and is absolutely normal to have such skin at that age. I can also notice some red spots towards one end which is suggestive of senile purpura. These condition do not need any specific treatments.
