So much pimples n facial hairs
I have so much facial hairs n open pores even now my skin produces soo much pimples also I took soo many home remedies to get away all this things bt it doesn't work plz suggest me something best for me plz suggest some kind of medicines that works

It is very difficult to prescribe until a doctor examines you in person. Both pores and pimples can be treated. Excess fascial hairs.can also be reduced. We need to rule out underlying hormonal causes and both these together can suggest hormonal issues. Kindly consult me or a nearby dermatologist.
