Small pearl like dot on my teeth
I am having pain in my right tooth because a small yellowish golden circular hard pearl has appeared on my second last teeth on my right side. It pains when I touch It, else it is fine. It is very hard and circle in shape. What is it?

Hi sir....    Your history seems it may be calculus deposit...Because of calculus deposit gingivitis(gingival inflammation )occurs which cause pain...but clinical examination is neccesary to confirm the diagnosis....

It might be deposit of calculus. Its very difficult to judge what it is until and unless it 8s seen clinically. Still consult dentist at the earliest but if have pain u can take any analgesics or pain killer meanwhile
