I saw a small pea like lump near my right chest just beside the boob. I consulted a general surgeon and he said its fibroma just by touching and poking it. He said that its moving nature and small structure points to fibroma. It isn't visible to a naked eye. It can be felt only when u actually press the right chest with a finger. Is the diagnosis sufficient?

any breast lump needs evaluation clinically, mammographically and by biopsy. But many times surgeons go for direct excision if its too small for biopsy.
