Panic is usually the outcome of anxiety. Some people are prone to remain in a state of anxiety with or without sufficient triggers. This may be because of many reasons like genetics, the family environment in which one grew up, mental health conditions that developed as time passed, existing living conditions that are anxiety-producing etc. It could also be because of some physical health conditions. Dealing with anxiety, I feel, is the first step towards managing panic attacks and start feeling better. In symptoms that you seem to be having, I feel you will require professional help from a psychologist or even from a psychiatrist who may prescribe medicines for some time. Once your symptoms get managed, it will be a good idea for you to have a few counselling sessions from a psychologist through which you will learn to handle future anxieties and stress more effectively.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist without any hesitation because your feeling better is more important than what others think about the way you achieve that better feeling..
