Get follow up urine examination routine and microscopic done along with follow up high resolution ultrasonography of the bilateral testes and adenexa. As problems in urinary tract and testis only to look for even minor abnormality. If everything comes normal, general measures like scrotal support and symptomatic treatment to continue for pain&heavyness, One testis may remain lower down than other normally also.in case of abnormality detected, treatment as per abnormality
