Small lump under the penis skin

I had noticed a small lump under the skin of my penis shaft for quite some time now. It has been there for months. It wasn't painful or anything but since yesterday, it has become a bit bigger and somewhat sensitive to touch. It isn't actually painful but it feels sensitive upon touch.
