Small lump in crease of groin
I've had what I thought was a hair bump in the crease of my thigh and groin area but wasn't painful or irritated so I didn't worry about it so I waited a couple weeks it grew very large for a couple of days and then went back down to mosquito bump size then it got even bigger the next time and now it went back down in size to a large mosquito bite n has been like this for a few days I'm not sure what I'm dealing with very nervouse

There could be varied reason for your swellings from folliculitis to a swollen lymph node. It could be due to an infection in your genitalia. It is also common amongst people who walk bare foot. We need more detailed history to be able to pin point the cause of your cause swelling
