Hi, saw your health query regarding your slipped disc. If it is not causing back or leg pain now, you can do exercises to strengthen your back. Learn lumbar stretches, spinal flossing and core strengthening from a physiotherapist and start doing them twice a day. Use good shoes while walking or jogging. Avoid upper incline in treadmill, lifting heavy weights and jerky rides. Good luck.
