Pain on eating hot and cold can be due to:
Cavities
Hypersensitivity because of grinding of teeth
If there are cavities they need to be filled.
For hypersensitivity, the cause needs dto be established and appropriate treatment done.
Please see a good dentist to figure out what exactly is causing the pain and treat accordingly
