Sleeplessness/ random thoughts in sleep
Previously, i used to experience delay in sleeping once a week.
Last week a day i slept for 3 hours and next day I couldn't sleep at all.
Following day, i consulted my family doctor and he suggested to take nindra .5mg with revamp for 4 days.
Today is the 4th day of medication and I experienced sudden wakeup in the early morning and the sleep lasted for 5 hours.
Not sure whats the issue

Could you please elaborate as to whether there are any associated symptoms. Usually sleep disturbance is because of some underlying problem which we need to identify.
