Sleeplessness
I feel like my brain never sleeps n keeps remembering past events while try to sleep at night.I want good sleep so that my work at my office may not suffer.I work as an officer in the education department in national capital region of Delhi .My nature of job is to manage different kinds of schools management which needs a cold peaceful mind.

Hello, Insomnia or impaired sleep may include problems on initiation, maintenance, termination of sleep or non refreshing quality of sleep. In all such conditions a comprehensive assessment is warranted. Your medical history of asthma/COPD may be a significant contributor to you sleep problems. Hence the first step is to seek your respiratory medicine consultation for review. A sleep study (polysomnography) is likely to be required. After a comprehensive review psychological or mental health causes of insomnia can be considered and appropriate management plan can be formulated.. Hope this helps you...
